Shipping Policy
We ship orders to all governorates across Egypt through Wasalha – Egyptian Post service.
Orders are prepared within 2 business days after order confirmation.
Shipping usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on the location.
Delivery times are usually between 10 AM and 4 PM.
To confirm an order:
A shipping deposit must be transferred in advance.
Payments can be made via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash.
Important Notes:
Orders are shipped with Cash on Delivery after transferring the shipping deposit.
Opening the package before payment is not allowed according to the shipping company"s policy.
Please make sure to provide the correct name, address, and phone number to avoid delays.
If the order is not received from the shipping company, it will be returned and reshipping will require paying the shipping cost again.

Returns or exchanges are not available after receiving the order.
Return or exchange is only available in case of a product issue or order mistake, such as receiving the wrong item.
